A. Preparatory work before starting the machine
1. Check whether the air source pressure of the coating machine is normal
2. Check whether the components are clean and intact
3. Check whether the buttons and switches of each oven door and each control cabinet are in normal state;
4. Install a pipe fitting, pump, nozzle, mixing tank
B. Start-up and stop operation of the unit
(1). Boot operation
①Slowly open the compressed air main valve; confirm the total air pressure
②Start the boiler circulating pump and turn on the thermal system after 10 minutes of circulation
③Confirm that the "positive pressure protection maintenance switch" on the AC control cabinet is in the "off" position
④Press the "Run" button of the "AIR PURGE positive pressure fan" on the control cabinet; perform air washing
⑤ When the "AIR PURGE positive pressure status" indicator light on the control cabinet is on, the air washing is over
⑥ Turn on the main power switch and explosion-proof fan on the AC control cabinet; keep the bypass of the positive pressure maintenance switch closed
(2). Shutdown operation
1. Press the "stop" button of the injection pump on the operation panel
2. When there is no coating liquid attached to the substrate, press the "Back" button of the "DIE nozzle" on the operation panel
3. After confirming that the coating part is all wound up by the winding device, press the "run" button of "line" on any operation panel to stop the operation of the coating line
4. Turn off the boiler heating, and turn off the circulation pump when it drops below 120 degrees Celsius
5. Stop the temperature adjustment of the oven, and stop the operation of each fan of the oven after the temperature of each chamber of the oven has dropped to <60°C
6. Press the "stop" button of the "line" on the operation panel to release the zero speed state
7. Press the "open" button of the "feed drive" on the operation panel to move each pinch roller to the open position
8. Release the coating liquid inside the slot die
9. Stop the stirring operation of the coating liquid supply device
10. Close the manual two-way valve at the outlet of the liquid supply tank
11. Disconnect the power supply of the internal pressure sensor of the slot die and the hydraulic pressure sensor of the liquid supply pipe
12. Disconnect the power supply of the liquid level sensor in the liquid supply tank of the coating liquid supply device
13. Disassemble the conduits, valves, clamps, gaskets, filters, sensors, slot dies, gaskets, device main bodies, etc. of each liquid supply pipe, clean them, and reinstall them after cleaning
14. Confirm that the fans other than the air washing fan are stopped, and turn off the main power switch on the AC control cabinet
15. Press the "Stop" button of the "AIR PURGE positive pressure fan" on the control cabinet
16. Close the compressed air supply main valve.
C. Matters needing attention
1. When handling the coating liquid, adequate ventilation should be carried out and protective equipment should be worn.
2. Do not operate the coating liquid supply device with the safety cover removed.
3. Avoid scratching the front end of the slot die nozzle and the C roller during operation, otherwise the coating quality will be affected.
4. Do not touch the substrate and the front end of the nozzle when the substrate is conveyed, otherwise there is a risk of injury.
D. Inspection and requirements during operation
1. Observe the cleaning of the nozzle and the operation of the pressure roller of the winding device at any time.
2. Check the status of the transmission belt, pressure roller, filter and air pipe every shift, and refuel and maintain the required positions.
E. Maintenance and maintenance
1. The C roller bearing oil needs to be replaced every six months, and the oil quantity should be checked regularly
2. The stator of the liquid supply pump is replaced and maintained according to the usage
3. The combustible gas detection alarm should be replaced every six months
4. Frequently clean the filter of the compressed gas pipeline
5. Check and replace the conveyor belt according to the usage
6. Clean and replace the non-woven filter according to the usage
7. Regularly check the cleaning condition of the oven nozzle and clean it
F. Troubleshooting
The JRX system provides a relatively complete fault detection function, which can detect various faults of the equipment in real time. When a fault occurs, the user can repair it according to the prompt of the computer.
