The dust in the calender mainly comes from two aspects: 1. Because the adhesive in the layer is too viscous, the coating layer components stick to the surface of the calender roller. 2. The coating layer with poor adhesive effect or where the surface strength of the coating layer is weak and the coating dust that falls off when the roller is rubbed or peeled off is attached to the roller. Therefore, it is an effective measure to reduce the adhesion of the adhesive or improve the release of the coating layer and the roller and reduce the friction force to prevent the powder from falling off the coating.

There are three main factors affecting the lubrication effect: 1. The structure and chain length of aliphatic group. The lubrication effect of the lubricant is improved by selecting the structure and chain length of the aliphatic group. 2. Specific surface area and shape of lubricant particles. Generally, the larger the specific surface area of the lubricant particles, the better the lubrication effect; The more spherical the particle shape, the less friction, the better the lubrication effect. 3. The balance of hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups in lubricant molecules. The orientation of the lubricant molecules determines the lubrication effect and printing adaptability, so there should be an appropriate proportion of hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups in the molecules.
