1.   Before a new reel begins, remember to input the diameter at unwinding part and winding part. Or the tension will not be exact.

2. When paper threading, let the tension sensor closed, in other words, tension should be “unjoin”, and after paper winded on the shaft, turn on the tension sensor.

3. If paper tension not satisfied, loose or tight, but you have input the tension, adjust the motor speed by “increase” or “decrease” and “calender difference” “2# cylinder speed difference”; the motor speed changes, then paper tension will change.
